Yes. We support neutral packaging, customer logo silkscreen and customized cartons. Please provide brand authorization documents; for export orders we also confirm label and compliance markings required by the destination market.
What is the typical lead time for samples and mass production?
Standard models can usually ship samples within days. Customized projects run through requirement review, specification freeze, sampling and validation before mass production; the exact schedule depends on certification scope and volume.
Do you provide certificates and test reports with shipments?
Yes. Certificates covering the ordered models, leakage current test data and batch outgoing inspection reports are available on request. We also notify customers in writing before any change to critical components.
